Dr. Keaton Muzika, Ph.D.

Keaton Muzika is a licensed clinical and sport psychologist with 16 years of experience providing mental health services to adolescents and adults across multiple settings and mental health challenges. She provides mental health and mental performance services to professional, Olympic, All-American, collegiate, high school, and recreational athletes, as well as performers, students, and professionals.

As a former USA Hockey National Team member and Division I student-athlete at Brown University, Dr. Muzika understands the unique challenges and joys of competing at the highest level. Her athletic identity continues to be an important part of who she is, and she draws on both personal experience and clinical expertise to build strong, relatable connections with her clients—creating a supportive environment where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Through a personalized, holistic approach, Dr. Muzika partners with her clients to set goals, gain insight, build resilience, and develop skills needed for lasting growth.

✔ A decade of providing mental health and mental performance services to NCAA Division I and Big Ten championship teams at Northwestern University, including Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Swim & Dive, and Tennis - go ‘Cats!

✔ Partnered with the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) to design and deliver a comprehensive program supporting Olympic and Paralympic athletes as they navigate the transition from elite sport to retirement.
